Best Betting Sites in Zimbabwe

I tested six top bookmakers in Zimbabwe: Betting.co.zw, Beulabet, Bezbets, LuckyBets, PremierBet, and PrideBet. The goal was to see what each site really offers beyond the marketing. I checked odds margins, market depth, live betting, bonus terms, local payment options such as EcoCash and Telecash, and the mobile experience. Some online sportsbooks are stronger on pre-match odds. Others have better apps, easier bonuses, or wider live betting. This guide shows where each site performs well, where it falls short, and which one fits casual bettors or more active players.

Betting Regulation in Zimbabwe

Betting in Zimbabwe is regulated mainly by the Lotteries and Gaming Act and the Betting and Totalizator Control Act. The regulator is the Lotteries and Gaming Board, which works under the Ministry of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage. It licenses casinos, lotteries, sports betting, and bookmaking activities.

The legal framework is old, so online betting is not handled as clearly as modern markets. There is no separate online-only licence. In practice, online betting websites usually operate through firms that already hold a land-based bookmaker licence. A clear public list of all licensed online betting companies is not available, so players should check a brand’s status with the Lotteries and Gaming Board before depositing.

The legal betting age is 18. Operators must check age and identity, and legal sports betting sites usually ask for a national ID before allowing withdrawals. KYC is standard, and most operators apply a one-account-per-person rule to prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and money laundering.

Zimbabwe does not appear to limit betting only to citizens. A resident or visitor may be able to register if they pass KYC and use a supported local payment method. In practice, local online sports betting sites often expect a Zimbabwean mobile number because payments usually run through EcoCash, OneMoney, or InnBucks.

Player-facing restrictions are fairly light. There is no public ban on welcome bonuses, live betting, or betting on the local Premier Soccer League. Advertising rules are more important. Promotions must not target minors or vulnerable people, must show the minimum age, and must not present gambling as a way to solve financial problems.

Tax is the biggest recent change. From 1 January 2025, Zimbabwe introduced a 10% withholding tax on gross sports betting winnings. From 1 January 2026, the rate increased to 25%. This tax is deducted at payout by local bookmakers and sent to ZIMRA.

There are no thresholds, so even small wins are taxed. For example, if a player wins US$20, US$5 is withheld at the 25% rate, and the player receives US$15. From 2026, operators also face a 20% tax on gross gaming revenue. This makes the market tougher for both bookmakers and low-stake frequent bettors.

Offshore betting sits in a grey area. Zimbabwe’s gambling laws do not clearly regulate online betting, and players are not known to be prosecuted for using foreign sports betting websites. The risk is practical rather than legal. If an offshore bookmaker refuses to pay or blocks an account, the Lotteries and Gaming Board may not be able to help.

The safer approach is to choose locally licensed bookmakers when available. Players who use offshore sites should check the strength of the foreign licence, read the withdrawal rules carefully, and look for a proven payout record. They should also keep in mind that offshore operators may not apply ZIMRA withholding tax at payout.

Responsible Gambling in Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe has basic responsible gambling rules, but the system is not as detailed as in more mature markets. Licensed bookmakers are expected to provide player-protection tools, but the quality and visibility of these tools can vary from one site to another.

The most important tools are deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion. A good bookmaker should let players set daily, weekly, or monthly limits inside the account area. Some sites may also offer session reminders or warning messages when betting behaviour looks risky.

Before depositing larger amounts, players should check the responsible gambling page and account settings. It is not enough for a bookmaker to mention safer gambling in general terms. The tools should be easy to find and simple to activate.

Self-exclusion is usually handled by each bookmaker separately. This means a player who wants a full break from betting may need to contact every site they use. The request should be made through account settings or customer support, and players should keep a copy of the confirmation message.

If a locally licensed bookmaker ignores a self-exclusion request or does not apply limits properly, the issue can be escalated to the Lotteries and Gaming Board. This is one reason why local licensing matters from a player-protection point of view.

Local help options are limited. Zimbabwe does not have a widely known national gambling addiction helpline like South Africa’s SARGF. Players who need support may need to use general mental health services, such as Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals, Ingutsheni in Bulawayo, or the Zimbabwe National Association for Mental Health. Gamblers Anonymous also offers international online and phone meetings.

Players should treat betting limits as part of bankroll management. A winnings tax can reduce the real payout, so stake sizes should be planned around the amount the player can actually afford to lose, not around the headline return on the bet slip.

Offshore sites can be weaker on protection. They may offer bigger bonuses or sharper odds, but their safer gambling tools depend on their own licence and policies. If player protection is a priority, locally licensed Zimbabwean online betting sites are usually the safer option.

Top Six Betting Sites in Zimbabwe

Here is how I review the six best online betting sites in Zimbabwe in this section. I focus on the details that matter after registration, not only on what the homepage promises. That includes how easy it is to find sports markets, whether live betting feels stable, how clear the betslip is, and whether the site works well on a mobile screen.

For the payment part, I also used help from a local Zimbabwean player. He provided access to real accounts and helped check deposits and withdrawals on the tested bookmakers. This was important because payment performance is hard to judge from public terms alone. A site may list local methods, but the real test is whether they work smoothly for Zimbabwean users.

Betting.co.zw

PROS CONS
PROS
  • Cash Out, Bet Builder, and 2UP Early Payout are available across checked EPL fixtures, giving the product stronger match-day tools than its pricing suggests.
  • The 2UP market is clearly available as a real betting option, not just a promo banner.
  • Over/Under and BTTS pricing were close to the 1X2 margin, so secondary football markets did not become much more expensive pre-match.
  • Match pages are well organised, with clear market tabs and 122 market types on EPL fixtures.
  • The booking-code flow is useful for players who want to build a slip online and place it later in a shop.
CONS
  • Shop-only payments make the product much less convenient for mobile-money users.
  • Live betting is much weaker than pre-match, with only 16 to 38 markets per live match.
  • Live margins were high, especially compared with the fair pre-match prices.
  • Cards markets were empty, and player props were limited to basic goalscorer options.
  • Bonus terms are not clear enough upfront, so the 100% deposit offer is hard to judge before opting in.

Betting.co.zw is the online platform of Moors World of Sport, one of Zimbabwe’s most established retail betting brands. Its parent company, SunBets (Private) Limited, is incorporated in Zimbabwe, while the online platform is owned by MWOS Ltd. in Anjouan, Comoros. The MWOS retail network gives the brand strong local recognition, but the online licence setup is lighter than a full Zimbabwean online framework.

Payments are the biggest limitation. Betting.co.zw uses a shop-cash model. Players create an account online, then deposit cash at an MWOS branch using a generated code. Withdrawals work in a similar way: the player requests a withdrawal online, receives a code by email, and collects cash at an MWOS shop. The site supports ZWL, USD, and the South African rand. In my own test, the shop-cash deposit and withdrawal flow worked, but it is much less convenient than mobile money.

Betting.co.zw Mobile Site

The mobile site is functional and easy to follow. The top menu gives access to Sports, Live, Fast Games, Aviator, Casino, and Check Betslip. The bottom menu includes Menu, Promos, Crash Games, My Bets, and BetSlip. Match pages are well organised, with market tabs such as Main, Goals, Build A Bet, Halves, Cards, Corners, Combined, and Player. The main weakness is the large rotating promo banner, which takes up too much space on a phone before the user reaches the markets.

Pre-match pricing is acceptable, but not sharp. Across ten EPL fixtures, the average 1X2 margin was 5.01%. Over/Under averaged 5.07%, and BTTS averaged 4.97% across the top three matches. These are fair prices for casual bettors, but LuckyBets, which uses the same platform, was much sharper at 1.91% on the same fixture set.

The feature package is stronger than the pricing. Every EPL fixture showed Cash Out, Bet Builder, and a dedicated FT 1X2 – 2UP Early Payout market. The 2UP feature is especially useful because it pays out if the selected team goes two goals ahead. Each match had 122 market types, with good coverage of results, goals, halves, and corners. The main gaps are cards and advanced player props. The Cards tab was empty, and the Player tab only included basic goalscorer markets.

Live betting is usable, but limited. There were five live football matches during the check. Cash Out was available on every live event, and matches included an animated pitch, live clock, and counters for corners and cards. However, live markets were much shallower than pre-match, with only 16 to 38 markets per match. Live margins were also much higher: 9.96% on 1X2, 9.89% on Over/Under, and 8.77% on BTTBet Builder and 2UP were not available live. I did not see a live streaming option.

The promotions are available, but the terms are not transparent enough. The homepage advertises a 100% deposit bonus, a $60,000 Jackpot Super 7, FREE2WIN, an app download prompt, and 2UP Early Payout. The 2UP offer is the clearest and most useful promotion because it appears directly in the EPL match markets. The problem is that full bonus terms were not easy to access, so users cannot clearly judge rollover, minimum odds, limits, or expiry before opting in.

Betting.co.zw is one of the best sports betting sites for casual Zimbabwean bettors who already use MWOS shops and want simple football betting with useful tools like Cash Out, Bet Builder, and 2UP. Its biggest weaknesses are the shop-only payment model, no mobile money, no outrights, limited live depth, empty cards markets, and unclear bonus terms. For users who want sharper prices on the same platform, LuckyBets looks stronger.

PremierBet

PROS CONS
PROS
  • Payment coverage is stronger than many local rivals because it includes EcoCash, InnBucks, O’Mari, e-voucher, and Visa/MasterCard.
  • Mobile usability is the best in the review group, with a proper mobile build and clear navigation instead of a shrunken desktop layout.
  • Live betting is a clear strength, with 101 football events available during the check.
  • The 7.26% live 1X2 margin is competitive compared with many local alternatives.
  • Premier Bet TV adds real value, with 10 live streams available before login.
  • Odds Boosts are more transparent than usual, with clear “was/now" pricing across 36 boosted events.
CONS
  • Pre-match pricing is only mid-range, especially compared with LuckyBets at 1.91% on the same fixtures.
  • Over/Under and BTTS margins are noticeably heavier than the 1X2 market.
  • Card markets and advanced player props are missing, which limits depth for serious EPL bettors.
  • Live Bet Builder is not available, even though Bet Builder works pre-match.
  • Futures depth is thin, with only two EPL outright markets and no Top 4, Top 6, Top Goalscorer, or player outrights.
  • Team names can be shortened too much in league lists, which weakens quick match browsing.

PremierBet entered Zimbabwe in 2024, but the wider brand is much older. The group has operated since 1997 and is already well known across many African markets, including Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania, Mozambique, Malawi, Namibia, and Zimbabwe. In Zimbabwe, it is licensed as Tetrawave Investments (Private) Limited under licence number 9546809, issued by the Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe.

Payments are one of PremierBet’s strongest points. The site supports EcoCash, e-voucher, InnBucks, O’Mari, and Visa or MasterCard for both deposits and withdrawals. That gives it much better online payment coverage than shop-cash-only operators such as Betting.co.zw. I deposited and withdrew using EcoCash, and both transactions went through smoothly.

PremierBet Mobile Site

The mobile experience is the best in this Zimbabwe review group. PremierBet loads a proper mobile version instead of shrinking the desktop site. The bottom menu gives quick access to Home, Live Now, Rewards Hub, My Bets, and Betslip. Match pages are also easy to use, with clear tabs for Main, Bet Builder, Goal, Combo, halves, corners, goalscorers, and other markets. An Android app is available, while iOS users need to use the mobile browser. The only real issue is that team names can be shortened too much in league lists.

Across ten EPL fixtures, the average 1X2 margin was 6.01%. Over/Under averaged 7.11%, and BTTS averaged 7.89%. These prices are fine for casual bettors, but LuckyBets was much sharper on the same fixtures at 1.91%.

Market depth is strong. PremierBet offers around 116 markets per EPL fixture, with Cash Out, Bet Builder, and 2 Goals Up Early Payout available. The Odds Boosts hub is also useful because it shows clear “was/now” pricing across 36 boosted events. The main missing areas are card markets and advanced player props such as shots, assists, and tackles.

Live betting is PremierBet’s biggest advantage. The live section had 101 football events during the check, far more than Betting.co.zw. The average live 1X2 margin was 7.26%, which is better than many local rivals. Bigger live matches also had deeper markets, including cards and corners. Cash Out was active on every live market checked.

PremierBet also stands out for live streaming. The Premier Bet TV section showed 10 live streams, making it the only bookmaker in this Zimbabwe group with built-in streaming available before login. Live Bet Builder was not available, which is the main feature gap.

Promotions are broad, but not fully transparent. The welcome offer combines a deposit bonus, free spins, and Aviator free flights, which fits the local market well. The problem is that the key terms, including match percentage, cap, rollover, minimum deposit, odds, and expiry, are not shown clearly on the surface. The stronger promos are the sport-specific ones, such as first losing French Open bet refund, 10% NBA in-play winnings boost, Rewards Hub challenges, Odds Boosts, and 2 Goals Up Early Payout.

PremierBet is the most complete all-round bookmaker in this Zimbabwe review. It has the best mobile experience, the deepest live section, live streaming, strong payment coverage, Cash Out, Bet Builder, Early Payout, and clear Odds Boosts. The main weaknesses are mid-range pre-match pricing, limited outrights, and no live Bet Builder.

Bezbets

PROS CONS
PROS
  • Live betting is the strongest part of the product, with 100 live events and 53 football matches available during the check.
  • One live match had 108 markets, which is far deeper than most local competitors.
  • Bezbets carries Early Payout into live betting, including 1X2 2UP and 1X2 3UP options.
  • Pre-match market depth is very strong, with 285 markets on one EPL fixture.
  • Corners and bookings coverage is much deeper than on most Zimbabwean sportsbooks.
  • Price Boosts are clear and easy to understand, using “Was/Now" pricing instead of unclear bonus claims.
CONS
  • Documented payout disputes create a serious trust concern, especially for larger-stake bettors.
  • Payment methods are not clearly shown before registration, which weakens transparency for beginners.
  • Floating WhatsApp and promo buttons can cover odds on small screens.
  • Some odds require horizontal scrolling, making the mobile site less comfortable than PremierBet.
  • Advanced player props are missing, including shots, shots on target, assists, and tackles.
  • There is no welcome bonus, which may make Bezbets less attractive for new players.

Bezbets has operated in Zimbabwe since 2023, making it one of the newer local Zimbabwean betting companies. It is licensed by the Zimbabwe Lotteries and Gaming Board, but trust is a serious issue. A Harare Civil Court magistrate ordered Bezbets to pay US$5,400 in unpaid winnings after a customer dispute, and there have been other complaints about delayed or refused payouts. This history matters before depositing larger amounts.

Payment information is not shown clearly on Bezbets’ own public pages. I did not see payment logos on the homepage or footer, so beginners may struggle to confirm the available methods before registering. After registering, I could confirm Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer, EcoCash, NetOne, and OneMoney. The terms also list useful limits: minimum stake is ZiG 10, maximum stake is ZiG 500 or USD 50 per bet, and maximum withdrawal is USD 1,000 per day. Bezbets also has physical branches, so shop-based payments are available. In my own test, I used EcoCash for deposit and withdrawal, and both transactions went through without any issues or delays.

Bezbets Mobile Site

The mobile site is usable, but not polished. It has a search bar, sports categories, a Sports/In Play toggle, and a betting slip pinned at the bottom. Match pages are well structured with clear market tabs. The main problem is that floating WhatsApp and promo buttons can cover the odds on small screens. Some odds also require horizontal scrolling, which makes the experience less comfortable than PremierBet’s cleaner mobile layout.

Pre-match pricing is competitive. Across four EPL fixtures, the average 1X2 margin was 5.01%. Individual match margins ranged from 4.62% to 5.26%, which is solid against PremierBet’s 6.01% average. Bezbets is also strong on market depth. One Liverpool vs Brentford page had 285 markets, including deep corners and a real bookings section. That makes it one of the strongest local options for bettors who want more than basic 1X2 and totals.

The feature package is also strong. Bezbets offers XUP Early Payout on EPL fixtures, Price Boosts, Statistics, an Outrights tab, and Book-a-Bet codes. The main missing area is advanced player props. There are no shots, shots on target, assists, or tackles, so the line is deep by local standards but not elite.

Live betting is the best part of Bezbets. The In Play board had 100 live events, including 53 football matches. One live match had 108 markets, which is far deeper than Betting.co.zw. The live tracker includes an animated pitch, dangerous attacks, possession, timeline, stats, head-to-head, league table, and commentary. Bezbets also carries Early Payout into live betting, with 1X2 2UP and 1X2 3UP options. The average live 1X2 margin was 8.98%, which is reasonable for this market.

Bonuses are simple because there is no welcome offer. Bezbets does not show a deposit match, free bet, or full promotions page. That may disappoint beginners who want a signup bonus, but it also avoids confusing rollover rules. The main promo value comes from Price Boosts, shown with clear “Was/Now” pricing. Some boosted combinations showed a 17% uplift. The Early Payout ladder, with 1UP, 2UP, and 3UP variants, is also a useful feature-style promotion.

Bezbets is one of the best online bookmakers in Zimbabwe for football depth, live betting, and outrights. It is best for active bettors who care about markets, boosts, and in-play tools. The biggest concern is trust. The documented payout disputes make Bezbets riskier than its product quality suggests, so larger-stake bettors should be cautious, keep records, and avoid leaving too much money in the account.

LuckyBets

PROS CONS
PROS
  • The 1.91% EPL 1X2 margin is the sharpest in the Zimbabwe comparison, making LuckyBets strong for straight match-result betting.
  • Cash Out, Bet Builder, 2UP Early Payout, and Bet Insurance are available across EPL fixtures, giving the product a strong match-day toolset.
  • Bet Insurance is a useful sports promo because it protects accumulators that miss by one leg.
  • The mobile site has proper bottom navigation and clear feature badges, which make it easier to use than shop-first platforms.
  • The USD 1 minimum deposit makes LuckyBets easy to test with a small amount.
CONS
  • EcoCash is available for deposits but not withdrawals, which is a real gap for many Zimbabwean users.
  • BTTS pricing is very heavy at 11.88%, so LuckyBets is much weaker for goals markets than for 1X2.
  • Live betting has decent event volume, but per-match depth is limited to around 24 markets.
  • No live Bet Builder, no live streaming, and no in-play cards or player props.
  • The away odds column can be clipped on mobile, so users may need horizontal scrolling to see all prices.

LuckyBets is a locally licensed Zimbabwean bookmaker based in Harare. It is operated by Golden LuckyBets and licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe. The brand is not as widely known as PremierBet, but it has a stronger local profile than smaller operators such as PrideBet and Beulabet.

Payments are local but not perfect. LuckyBets supports EcoCash, O’Mari, and InnBucks for deposits. The minimum deposit is USD 1, which makes the entry point low. For withdrawals, O’Mari and InnBucks are available, but EcoCash is not supported for payouts. That is a real drawback for users who rely on EcoCash. I deposited and withdrew USD 5 using O’Mari, and both transactions were almost instantaneous.

LuckyBetsv Mobile Site

The mobile site is clean and works better than many local rivals. It uses a proper mobile layout, with a fixed bottom menu for Menu, Promos, Crash Games, My Bets, and BetSlip. Cash Out, Bet Builder, and 2UP badges are easy to spot on match pages. The main flaw is the odds grid. The away odds column can be clipped on the right side, so users may need to scroll horizontally to see the full price.

Pre-match pricing is LuckyBets’ strongest point. Across ten EPL final-round fixtures, the average 1X2 margin was 1.91%. That was the best in the local comparison, much sharper than Betting.co.zw at 5.01% and PremierBet at 6.01%. The trade-off is secondary-market pricing. Over/Under 2.5 averaged 7.44%, while BTTS was very high at 11.88%. So LuckyBets is strong for 1X2, but weaker for goals markets.

Market depth is solid. Top EPL fixtures had around 140 markets, covering results, goals, halves, corners, correct score, and goalscorers. Cash Out, Bet Builder, 2UP Early Payout, and Bet Insurance were available across EPL fixtures. The gaps are cards and advanced player props such as shots, assists, and tackles.

Live betting is active but not deep. LuckyBets had 53 live football matches during the check, which was far more than Betting.co.zw but less than PremierBet. Each live match had Cash Out, 1X2, Over/Under, and Next Goal markets. Per-match depth averaged around 24 markets, with no corners, cards, player props, live Bet Builder, or live streaming. Live margins were around 10.1% on both 1X2 and Over/Under.

Promotions are useful but not transparent enough. The site advertises a Weekday Special, Aviator Welcome Offer, Bet Insurance, and Player of the Match prediction game. Bet Insurance is the most useful sports promo because it refunds an accumulator that loses by one leg.

LuckyBets is one of the top online betting sites for Zimbabwean bettors who care most about sharp EPL 1X2 prices and want useful match-day tools like Cash Out, Bet Builder, 2UP, and Bet Insurance. Its main weaknesses are weak EcoCash withdrawal support, heavy BTTS margins, no outrights, limited live depth, and unclear promo terms.

Beulabet

PROS CONS
PROS
  • Payment instructions are clearer than most local rivals, especially for Visa and Mastercard deposits with 3D-Secure verification.
  • Pre-match Over/Under pricing is strong, with a 4.57% average margin across the top three matches.
  • Market depth is the main advantage, with around 521 markets per EPL fixture.
  • Beulabet offers rare local depth in player props, including shots and assists.
  • Corners, cards, Bet Builder, Cash Out, and Early Payout are all available in one product, which many Zimbabwean rivals do not match.
  • Bonus headline numbers are easier to compare than at Betting.co.zw or LuckyBets.
CONS
  • Live betting is much thinner than pre-match, dropping from around 521 markets to about 30 markets per live match.
  • Live 1X2 pricing was heavy at 11.92% in the sample.
  • No live Bet Builder, live Player markets, live Corners, or live Cards.
  • No EPL outrights, despite outright markets being available for other competitions.
  • The deepest bonus terms still require extra checking inside each promo.
  • The product is strong, but it may be too heavy for users on slower phones or weaker mobile data.

Beulabet is a locally focused bookmaker in Zimbabwe. It is licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe. The brand is not as well-known as PremierBet or Betting.co.zw, but it runs on the Velisports platform, which gives it a more modern and feature-rich sportsbook than many local rivals.

Beulabet supports EcoCash, InnBucks, O’Mari, physical vouchers, and Visa or Mastercard with 3D-Secure verification. The FAQ explains card deposits clearly, which is better than most local competitors. I also tested EcoCash myself, and both the deposit and withdrawal were completed without problems.

Beulabet Mobile Site

The mobile experience is better than expected. During testing, BeulaBet’s mobile site loaded normally and the sportsbook was usable on a phone screen. The layout includes quick access to All, Lotto and Aviator at the top, plus Home, Menu, In-Play, Betslip and My Bets in the main navigation. Sports markets were easy to open, with clear tabs for Match Result, Total Goals Over/Under, Double Chance and other options. The match pages also worked properly: odds, live scores, market groups and the betslip were displayed in a readable format. The betslip supports single and multiple selections and includes an odds-change setting. One small issue is the floating chat/support button, which can cover part of the lower-right betting area on mobile.

Pre-match betting is Beulabet’s strongest area. Across ten EPL fixtures, the average 1X2 margin was 5.39%, which is acceptable for casual bettors. The best prices were Brighton vs Manchester United at 4.85% and Nottingham Forest vs Bournemouth at 4.7%. The Over/Under margin was stronger, averaging 4.57% across three top matches.

Market depth is the real advantage. Beulabet averaged around 521 markets per EPL fixture, the deepest line in the Zimbabwe comparison. The match page includes tabs for Players, Corners, Cards, Bet Builder, Combo, Specials, and more. Advanced player props, such as shots and assists, are available, which is rare locally. Cash Out is available on every market, and Early Payout is shown as 2+ on the Match Result market.

Live betting is decent but much thinner than pre-match. There were 20 live football matches during the check, mostly lower-profile games from Chinese U20 and Mongolian leagues. Cash Out was available on live markets, but there was no live Bet Builder and no live Player, Corners, or Cards markets. Live matches averaged about 30 markets, far below the 521-market pre-match depth.

Live pricing was also heavy. The three sampled live matches averaged 11.92% on 1X2, although they were all late-stage games at 78+ minutes, where margins normally rise. Even with that caveat, live betting is clearly less attractive than Beulabet’s pre-match product.

Promotions are one of Beulabet’s better points. The promos page shows a 100% first-deposit bonus up to $100, a Multi-Bet Boost of up to 1000%, a Monday Reload of 50% up to $50, and Accumulator Insurance. The headline numbers are visible, which is more transparent than Betting.co.zw and LuckyBets. The remaining caution is small print: rollover rules and minimum qualifying odds still need to be checked inside each promo.

Beulabet is one of the best betting websites in Zimbabwe for bettors who want deep pre-match football markets, player props, corners, cards, Bet Builder, Cash Out, and Early Payout in one place. Its main weaknesses are mobile stability, heavy live margins, thinner live markets, and no EPL outrights. For match-by-match EPL betting on a stable connection, it is one of the strongest local options.

PrideBet

PROS CONS
PROS
  • PrideBet covers several local wallet options, including EcoCash, OneMoney, O’Mari, and InnBucks.
  • The $1 minimum deposit gives users a very low entry point.
  • Bet Builder is available on EPL fixtures, which gives the sportsbook more flexibility than a simple casino add-on.
  • Live pages include a Scoreboard and Tracker, which help users follow matches without streaming.
  • The sportsbook has around 200 EPL markets, so the football menu is broader than the brand’s casino-first image suggests.
CONS
  • The sportsbook sits inside a casino-style structure, which makes the mobile experience slow and unstable.
  • Pre-match pricing is expensive, with a 7.82% 1X2 margin and 8.0% Over/Under margin.
  • No standalone full-match BTTS market, which is a major gap for football bettors.
  • No clear Cash Out label, no odds boost hub, and no confirmed live streaming.
  • Sports promotions are weak because the available offers focus on casino and crash games.
  • The bottom navigation is built for casino use, not sports betting, which makes quick sportsbook movement less natural.

PrideBet is licensed to operate in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Ghana, but it feels more like a casino brand with a sportsbook added on top. The sports product is built through a third-party Turbosport widget, so PrideBet is not as sports-focused as PremierBet, Betting.co.zw, or Beulabet. Its brand recognition in Zimbabwean sports betting is also more modest.

Payments are practical, but the public details are limited. PrideBet supports EcoCash, OneMoney, O’Mari, and InnBucks, with one-tap deposit buttons on the home screen. The site works in US dollars, and the minimum deposit is $1. In my own test, I deposited and withdrew using EcoCash, and both transactions went through smoothly.

PrideBet Mobile Site

The mobile sportsbook is the biggest weakness. The betting product sits inside a casino-style app structure, which makes the site slow and unstable. During testing, pages loaded slowly and froze several times. The match pages are organised well, with tabs for Goals, Handicaps, Player Props, Cards, Corners, and Bet Builder, but the overall mobile experience is not smooth enough. On narrow screens, some odds can be clipped, and the bottom menu is built for the casino, not the sportsbook.

Pre-match pricing is expensive. Across ten EPL Round 38 fixtures, the average 1X2 margin was 7.82%, or 8.08% if one likely display glitch is removed. That is much higher than LuckyBets at 1.91% and Betting.co.zw at 5.01%. The Over/Under margin on the top three matches averaged 8.0%, so goals pricing was also heavy.

Market depth is decent, but not enough to offset the high margins. PrideBet had around 200 markets per EPL fixture, with European and Asian handicap lines, period markets, time-interval markets, and Bet Builder on every fixture. It also has Turbo Combo and Swipe Bet features. The main gaps are no full Over/Under goals ladder, no standalone full-match BTTS market, no stats panel, no clear Cash Out label, and no odds boost hub.

Live betting works, but it is not a standout product. PrideBet had 51 live events during the check, including football from several countries. Live pages include a Scoreboard and Tracker, which help users follow the match without video. The live 1X2 margin averaged 9.99%, while live Over/Under averaged 7.22%. Live streaming was not confirmed, and live Cash Out was not confirmed either.

Sports promotions are the weakest part of PrideBet. The promo page focuses on casino and crash games, not sports betting. The small deposit offers are linked to games such as Aviator, 888 Dragons, and Chicken Road. There was no clear sports welcome bonus, accumulator boost, or risk-free sports bet. For football bettors, the bonus value is very limited.

PrideBet is better for users who mainly want casino or crash games and only place occasional sports bets. The sportsbook has some useful tools, including Bet Builder, live tracker, and a broad football menu, but the high margins, weak sports promotions, slow mobile experience, and thin outrights make it hard to recommend as a main football betting site. Dedicated sports bettors will usually find better value at LuckyBets, Beulabet, or Bezbets.

Conclusion

  • Zimbabwe’s betting industry is regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Board under the Lotteries and Gaming Act. All six online bookies reviewed here hold local licences, so players have a legal framework to raise complaints if something goes wrong.
  • The most practical tool available is self-exclusion, which lets you block your account for a set period. If betting is becoming a problem, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling Zimbabwe or use the self-exclusion option directly on the bookmaker’s site.
  • LuckyBets has the best prices for match results with a very low 1.91% margin, while PrideBet is the most expensive for bettors.
  • Beulabet is the most honest about its 100% deposit bonus and boosts, but PremierBet offers a fun variety of deals like free spins and “free flights”.
  • PremierBet is the best for mobile money like EcoCash, whereas Betting.co.zw is inconvenient because you have to visit a shop to pay in cash.
  • PremierBet and LuckyBets have the cleanest and fastest mobile websites.
  • Bezbets offers the most live betting matches and markets, but PremierBet is the only site where you can watch games via live streaming.
  • Beulabet gives you the most betting choices per game, including rare options like player assists and shots that other Zimbabwean betting sites do not have.
  • LuckyBets is great for beginners with its USD $1 minimum deposit, but you cannot use EcoCash to withdraw your winnings.
  • Bezbets has excellent live tools and deep markets, but you should be careful because there have been reports of the site refusing to pay winners.
